Anastasija Zavorotņuka dzimusi 1971. gada 3. aprīlī Astrahaņā. Viņas māte, Krievijas Tautas māksliniece Valentīna Borisovna Zavorotņuka, strādāja Astrahaņas Jaunatnes teātrī.
Viņas tēvs Jurijs Zavorotņuks strādāja televīzijā un bija Krievijas televīzijas akadēmijas biedrs. Jau no agras bērnības Anastasija nolēma spēlēt teātrī un uzstāt uz savu sapni: brīvajā laikā muzicējot un dejojot, piedalījās deju ansamblī “Lotus”.
Zavorotņuka ir bijusi precējusies trīs reizes. Viņas pirmā laulība bija ar vācu uzņēmēju, bet ilga tikai vienu gadu. Viņas otrā laulība bija ar Dmitriju Striukovu, ar kuru viņa atvēra nekustamo īpašumu aģentūru. Viņiem bija divi bērni Anna un Maikls.
Laikam ejot viņa saņēma nodarbības Maskavas Mākslas teātrī. 1991. gadā viņa piedalījās savā pirmajā filmā, kurā spēlēja Mašu. Tomēr kļuva viņa atpazīstama ar Viktorijas lomu seriālā ”Mana mīļā aukle”.
